Dr. Dutta is the Scientific Educational Development Lead at the Protein Data Bank (PDB) as well as an Assistant Research Professor at Rutgers University. She received her Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Boston University School of Medicine. Dr. Dutta organizes curriculum development workshops with teachers, scientists, and clinicians to develop curricular materials on global health issues for high schools. She has also developed the "Working together to Visualize" program to train high school teachers and support them as they introduce their students to molecular structures and the PDB.
