Camille A. McKayle, Ph.D. University of the Virgin Islands

Since July 2012, Dr. Camille McKayle has served as the Interim Provost at the University of the Virgin Islands. Her current research is focused in the areas of STEM education and STEM leadership. As a committed supporter of increasing the success and interest of underrepresented minorities in STEM, Dr. McKayle has served as Principal Investigator on multiple National Science Foundation grants. She is active in the community and works to share her love of mathematics with students in grades K-12 through involvement in activities such as Girls Exploring Math Stuff (GEMS), MathLab, Science Awareness Saturday Academies, and Summer Science Enrichments Academies.
