The American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and Maritz Global Events have worked with the San Antonio hotels to provide discounted room rates for attendees and exhibitors. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing services, they are not endorsed by ASM or affiliated with ABRCMS. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz Global Events is not approved by ASM. Entering financial arrangements with unauthorized housing sources may have costly consequences, including the risk of losing reservations or incurring hidden costs. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable.
