Hotel availability is currently limited for ABRCMS 2024. If no hotel appears when you are registering for the number of rooms needed or your preferred dates; you will be directed to book your housing through a third party site*. There are many exciting events happening in Pittsburgh during this time so hotels in your search may be farther from the convention center. Be sure to map out the location of the hotel.
*The above linked third-party site offers available hotels that may have room rates, deposits, and/or cancellation policies that differ from the original ABRCMS hotels. Reservations will be made through a third-party travel agent, therefore, any questions regarding hotel policies or payments should be directed to the travel agent or the hotel. Any changes or cancellations to reservations booked through aRes must be made directly with the hotel.

Important Notice: Maritz Global Events is the only housing agent for ABRCMS 2024. The American Society for Microbiology (ASM) and Maritz Global Events have worked with the Pittsburgh hotels to provide discounted room rates for attendees and exhibitors. While other hotel resellers may contact you offering housing services, they are not endorsed by ASM or affiliated with ABRCMS. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than Maritz Global Events is not approved by ASM. Entering financial arrangements with unauthorized housing sources may have costly consequences, including the risk of losing reservations or incurring hidden costs. Reservations made by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates, however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties, or be completely non-refundable. Please do not reserve hotel rooms through housing companies not authorized by ASM.
