Interview Lounges
$10,000
- Interview Lounges offer companies the opportunity to have a private room outside the Exhibit Hall to host interviews with Graduate Students. Educational presentations with speakers and/or poster presentations are not permitted. Includes one registration for recruiter, 6' table and two chairs, recognition in program, website, exhibit hall highlights, and mobile app.
Awards Sponsorship
Poster/Oral Presentation Award
Minimum $3,000
Support the presentation award program, which recognizes student presenters at the closing banquet for giving an outstanding poster or oral presentation. Covers up to 7 awards.
Student Travel Award
Minimum $10,000
Supporting the Student Travel Award sponsorship gives the award recipients the funds to travel and attend the conference. Each travel award covers up to 5 students. Any amount is accepted.

Booth Traffic Driver
Exhibit Hall Passport $2,500
As a supporting participant of the Exhibit Hall Passport, your company can join in the fun while greatly increasing your booth traffic.
How It Works
Participating attendees will visit supporting booths to scan a QR code and be entered into a raffle to win a prize. (Limited to 12 participants.)

EXCLUSIVE offer!
Place your logo or advertisement in one of the most heavily trafficked locations at ABRCMS 2025. Your brand will be placed at the top of a large structure that will attract attendee’s attention as they arrive at the main entrance of the Exhibit Hall.
The feature allows attendees to view the exhibit hall floor plan, posters, exhibitor list, and instructions on how to download the mobile app.
Digital Advertising
ABRCMS 2025 offers attendees on-the-go information via the conference’s mobile app. The conference app provides attendees with access to the full meeting, abstracts, exhibitor listings, as well as interactive maps and social media interactivity.

Award Ceremony Session Sponsor

What's Included
Sponsor receives branding on all marketing efforts and a three to five minutes to address the audience.
Scientific/Professional Development Session
$5,000
Sponsor a scientific and/or professional development session. The format and duration of sessions may vary. Types of formats include panel discussions, lectures or small group discussions. Sponsor is responsible for any additional expenses.
Affiliate Event/Reception
$5,000 (not including catering order)
Sponsor an affiliated event or reception on Friday evening, from 7:30 – 9:30 p.m. Affiliated events and receptions require ABRCMS staff discussion and approval. Please contact us to discuss your proposal.
